Niguel Road Roadwork

The Niguel Road - Highlands Avenue to Alta Terra Resurfacing Project will occur between April 2022 to August 2022.  The project consists of concrete access ramps and asphalt pavement improvements. There will be various lane and sidewalk closures, which could lead to traffic delays. 

Please remember to always drive slowly and carefully through the construction zone. All work is subject to unforeseen and weather delays. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Current Status:

The contractor has completed concrete ADA access ramps improvements.  The contractor will begin the second phase of the project – asphalt improvements – starting the week of May 23rd.
