The City of Laguna Niguel invites the community to attend an open house to learn about the proposed mixed-use project on November 4, 2019. Download flyer here
The City of Laguna Niguel has received an application to develop and operate a new mixed-use project. The proposal generally includes +/- 191,500 square feet of collective building area for commercial/non-residential uses and up to 275 multi-family residential units at the former South County Justice Center. The property, which is owned by the County of Orange, is +/- 25 acres in area and is generally located at the intersection of Crown Valley Parkway and Alicia Parkway adjacent to City Hall. This webpage will be updated with information regarding the process and future timelines as they are determined.
On Tuesday, July 23rd, 2019, Laguna Niguel, Town Center Partners, LLC invited the community to attend an introductory meeting to hear details and learn about the applicant’s vision for a proposed mixed-use project.
