Indoor Dining Suspended For Now

With the State’s announcement of the immediate closure of indoor operations for certain business sectors, Laguna Niguel businesses should be aware of the order, which affects restaurants, wineries, bars and other businesses.

Small Business Grant Relief - Deadline Extended

The Small Business Grant Relief Program will support small businesses and community organizations impacted by COVID-19 in Orange County Supervisorial District Five. Grants of up to $10,000 will be available to eligible small businesses and non-profits within the district.

Expanded Pilot Program Helping Businesses

To assist local businesses in their efforts to comply with state guidelines for reopening and resuming operation under the State’s Resilience Roadmap, the City of Laguna Niguel is issuing Temporary Use Permits (TUP) to qualifying businesses under an expanded pilot program.

Restaurants, businesses and property owners can obtain a TUP by completing a detailed application at this link. City permits are issued when the appropriate health and safety guidelines are in place.
