Marina Hills Drive - Niguel Road to Golden Lantern Resurfacing

Project Description:

This project will resurface Marina Hills Drive between Niguel Road and Golden Lantern. The project will include pavement grinding and removal, asphalt pavement overlay, associated concrete improvements for curb and gutter, sidewalks and access ramps, adjustment of surface utilities to final pavement grade, and roadway marking, striping, and signage. The project spans 1.2 miles and the added useful life of the rehabilitated roadway is 20 years.

• Construction Complete: April 2024
• Current Status: Construction 10% Complete

• FY 22-23 Construction Budget: $2,300,000 (American Rescue Plan and Gas Tax SB1 and HUTA)
