Temporary Road Closure - Alicia Parkway, Avila to Marketplace S.

A transformer burst near Aliso Niguel High School, resulting in a small brush fire between the high school and Alicia Parkway. Alicia Parkway is closed between Avila and Marketplace S. No threat to structures. Some electrical power outages occurring.
