Wellness Wednesday Workshops

Mental Health Workshop Series (1)

Mental Health Matters!

The City of Laguna Niguel welcomes all 7th to 12th graders (Ages 12+) to attend monthly virtual wellness workshops on the last Wednesday of each month.

Join us on Wednesday, February 24th for our Keep Calm and Carry On: Managing Stress and Tough Times workshop. Stress and anxiety can affect us all, especially during this seemingly impossible time. This workshop presented by the Wellness & Prevention Center will explore how teens can identify and work through intense emotions and respond to stress in a positive way.

Students can earn one community service hour for each workshop they attend.

All lectures will be held virtually, via Zoom Webinar. Login instructions will be emailed to registered participants the day prior to the workshop. To sign up, please visit http://bit.ly/LNWellnessWorkshops.

Take our survey at http://bit.ly/WellnessWorkshopSurvey to help us finalize our future workshop topics.
