Residential Parking Permit Districts

The City implements, maintains, and administers residential permit parking districts for approved communities in the City limits. Permit Parking Decals for approved residential permit parking districts do not require a fee.

Residential Parking Permit Districts MapIf you live in or have recently moved into a community where Permit Parking Only signs are posted you will need to obtain in-person, a Permit Parking Decal from the Public Works Department during regular business hours or by appointment. The Public Works Department is located on the 2nd floor of City Hall at 30111 Crown Valley Parkway, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677.  We encourage you to make an appointment to obtain your Permit Parking Decal by emailing parkingpermits@cityoflagunaniguel.org.

Note: Not every street or neighborhood requires permitted parking. You may not obtain a Parking Permit Decal if your street is not listed in a City-approved residential permit parking district.
