Wellness Wednesday Workshops

The Laguna Niguel Youth Committee, in partnership with the Wellness and Prevention Center, welcomes all 7th to 12th graders to join us this school year for all new Wellness Workshops on select Wednesdays. You will have the opportunity to learn about mental wellness and take away tools and tips to help you in your daily life. You can earn one community service hour per workshop.

Mindful Melodies - Music Therapy
