Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700)

The Political Reform Act of 1974 requires that elected officials file Statements of Economic Interest (Form 700) disclosing investments, real property interests and income within specified periods of assuming or leaving office and annually while holding office.  The following elected officials file Statements of Economic Interest with the Laguna Niguel City Clerk:

  • Kelly Jennings, Mayor
  • Stephanie Oddo, Mayor Pro Tem
  • Ray Gennawey, Council Member
  • Stephanie Winstead, Council Member

Statements of Economic Interest for Members of the Laguna Niguel City Council are available by visiting or calling the office of the City Clerk. Statements are also available at the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) office at 428 J Street, Suite 620, Sacramento, CA. Statements of Economic Interest for some state and local government agency elected officers may be available in electronic format on the Fair Political Practices Commission website.

Agency Report of Public Official Appointments (Form 806)

Title 2 of the California Code of Regulations, Section 18702.5 requires the completion of Form 806 to report additional compensation that officials receive when appointing themselves to positions on committees, boards or commissions, etc. Each agency must post on its website a single Form 806 which lists all the paid appointed positions.
