The City Clerk is responsible for updating the Laguna Niguel Municipal Code and coordinates with the City Attorney to ensure that new or amended ordinances are codified on a timely basis, and minute indexes are current. The City Council adopts or amends City Ordinances from time to time, and recently adopted or revised ordinances may not yet have been posted to Municipal Code.
